TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A LEFT TURN AT 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO DRIVE FORWARD. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT DETERMINED THAT THE RACK AND PINION WAS THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 02V286000 (STEERING:RACK AND PINION).
