On March 26, 2012, I was in an accident where someone pulled out in front of me while I was going 50 mph in my 2009 JEEP PATRIOT.  I slammed on my brakes and t-boned their driver side door.  At the point of impact I may have been doing 40 to 45 mph.  My steering wheel airbag DID NOT DEPLOY!!!  I suffered a neck injury and bruised knees.  I would like to know if anyone else has had a simular problem.  I fully believe had they deployed, I could have avoided injury.  Wasn't this safety feature included in the PRICE of the vehicle when I purchased brand new?

Have 45,000 mile and just told the ball joint need replaced. Driven locally and not in an area that should have out any excess wear and tear on the joints. Call the dealer and they say have never had a Patriot that needed replacement with on 45,00

Wow I drive a 2007 jeep patriot 4x4 and I cannot fill up my tank without it dying. Lol. Nice to know I'm not the only one. If you find the issue please let me know. Corgan.corina@gmail.com

Anyone else with similar injuries from 2012 Patriot?

2008 Jeep Patriot with less than 31000 hiway miles (no off road) and I must replace the lower control arms & ball joints, what a shock and a crock!!

after filling the tank with gas the engine dies suddenly. this happens only afer filling up with gasoline. it continues for several minutes then just as suddenly the problem goes away until the next fill-up! Has anyone else had this problem? If so
