Ball Joints, 3 of 4 are bad in my 2007 E-350 ...

Ball Joints, 3 of 4 are bad in my 2007 E-350 with only 41000 highway miles, lightly loaded most of the time. No warranty protection. Given their history, I expected this at about 85K, but not at 41K $700 to replace all 4 plus alignment. Will grease fittings and regular lubrication help?

Just bought an '06 E-350 van. Left d'ship got on highway and noticed shimmy when I got to 60....same problem????

1999 E-350: body mount rusted out near rear wheel, both sides.  Can see light through floor outside vehicle. Area is near seat mount as well.
