i got rear ended in my 2011 Camaro, the truck pulling ...

i got rear ended in my 2011 Camaro, the truck pulling a 5th wheel hit me at 20-30mph while I was at a stop light, I saw him coming and held both feet on the brakes to not hit car in front of me, he hit me so hard my hole body flung forward before the seat belt snapped me back, now I have nerve damage, problems walking, severe pain sleeping and my left knee and right shoulder are in severe pain along with 1/2 my body numb at different times. why didn't my air bags deploy?
